Black Eyed Peas & Cabbage

In the Southern States we eat Black Eyed Peas and Corn Bread on New Year's Day. The Black Eyed Peas brings luck and the Cabbage, money in the New Year. And with it is often served Corn Bread to sop up all that gravy of the beans so that you dont loose any luck. I ate me a big ol' bowl of 'em!
