“When I am in a painting, I'm not aware of what I'm doing. It is only after a sort of 'get acquainted' period that I see what I have been about. I have no fears about making changes, destroying the image, etc, because the painting has a life of its own. I try to let it come through. It is only when I lose contact with the painting that the result is a mess. Otherwise there is pure harmony, an easy give and take, and the painting comes out well.”

Gorgeous spread.
I spent four years in Europe as a soldier. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it...but, I couldn't stay away from home...it can't be entirely easy.
I'm working in Ocean Springs this week.
Hey E.F.! I'm caught between two continents....When i'm in Holland i call Ms. home and when in Ms. i call Holland home. I'm just trying to work out 8 months in Holland and 4 months in Mississippi. That's my dream. Have a great time in Ocean Springs! I lived there for a year or so before moving to Holland. Love it.
