Christmas Baking!
In Holland there is a sweet called 'Boterkoek' (Butter Cake...kind of)
Anyway, Marko and i made our own version...Boterkoekulele!

I actually was in Amsterdam on Christmas Eve (for a couple of house), visited the Van Gogh museum, and had a tea and some cake in a nearby café. There was no butterleles on offer, though, sorry to say... maybe it just hasn't caught on yet? Then we whisked off to LA on the KLM...

Boterkoekulele's are a specialty only made on the Zaagmolenstraat in Rotterdam!;o)
